“Our troop keeps an ongoing to-do list for each project/event. The leader assigns tasks and due dates to individual members, and the scouts check off the task once it's complete. Everything's in one place - it honestly couldn't be easier.” Julia G “I'll often start a virtual meeting for scouts and parents when I have an announcement and we can't all meet in person. I can share my screen with them, and we can all see each others' faces. Second best to only sitting around the campfire!” Ann M “Our troop puts all our events, projects and meetings on our shared Wiggio calendar. The parents get email and/or text message reminders before all meetings. People are never confused anymore - they simply know where to be and what to bring. I wish we found Wiggio sooner.” Steve O “Troop 51 has multiple folders on Wiggio. We have one for photos, one for forms, one for articles and one for videos and one for miscellaneous documents. Everyone can access these files easily because they reside in one place. We never have to send files in email attachments, making things very easy.” Connie L “Wiggio Polling is now our go-to way to get a quick consensus among parents and scouts. Whenever I have a question I create a quick poll, send it to the relevant members, and I see there responses come back as they answer. This could not be simpler.” Rob R “We have a dedicated email address for our troop. The scouts and parents can email into this address, and the messages get archived in Wiggio and distributed to the relevant recipients. This has cut down on email clutter significantly. It just makes communication so streamlined.” Christine S “As the leaders of Middlesex Country scouts, we are using daily email blasts and text messages to get a hold of our troops with info and updates. I also just started sending regular voicemails to our troup leaders for more personal messages. I can't believe we used to get by without these mass messages.” Terry M
